Today I would like to share the grace of God under the title, ¡°To Guard You in All Your Ways.¡±

As we walk the path called life, we face various difficult situations.

Psalm 91:1-11 says, ¡°For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.¡±

However, we must not be discouraged no matter what kind of situations we face because God protects us. When David had to confront a huge crisis like Goliath, he moved forward with boldness believing that God would protect him. In the perspective of the third dimension, David wasn¡¯t someone who could fight against Goliath. Goliath was a giant who was approximately 3 meters tall, and David was just a boy.

1 Samuel 17:24 says, ¡°When the Israelites saw the man, they all ran from him in great fear.¡±

When the israelites saw Goliath through the perspective of the third dimension, David looked at him with the perspective of the fourth dimension. So while thinking that God would be with him, he dreamed of and believed in victory, and made victorious declarations.
In the Bible, we are amazed that David confronted Goliath with bold declarations even though he was no match for that giant. In the third dimension, there is nothing except a point, line, plane and cubic.
Physically nothing exists except these things, but Jesus brought the fourth dimension. He brought a whole new world, which is invisible, inaudible, and unthinkable to us. We Christians live in a new world today. We have now been freed from the third materialistic dimension and already possess the invisible and inaudible and untouchable heaven and look forward to it. There is another story that shows the confrontation between the fourth dimension and the third dimension.
In 2 Chronicles, when Zerah the Cushite marched out against King Asa with a vast army of a million, he prayed in the battlefield.

¡°Then Asa called to the LORD his God and said, ¡®LORD, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, O LORD our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this vast army.¡¯¡±( 2 Chronicles 14:11)

As the Cushite reached to a million, in the perspective of the third dimension, Israel was as good as lost. However, Asa desperately prayed to God, saying, ¡°Lord, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty.¡± Then a marvelous thing happened!

2 Chronicles 14:12 says, ¡°The LORD struck down the Cushites before Asa and Judah. The Cushites fled.¡±

We don¡¯t know what happened specifically! But God Himself defeated the Cushites! When we pray to God, incomprehensible miracles will happen in the third dimension. Today we are involving not in the visible war but in the invisible spiritual warfare.

Ephesians 6:12 says, ¡°For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.¡±

As the Holy Spirit of the fourth dimension is with us, we must think of victory and dream about it and believe it and confess it with our mouths. Some people say that there is no spiritual world. However, it is foolish to say that the spiritual world doesn¡¯t exist because they can¡¯t see, hear or touch it. There is a limit in our physical hearing.
A very high or low frequency is hard to hear to most of us. And also according to age difference, audible frequence is different. However, we can¡¯t deny the existence of an inaudible sound still exists even if we can¡¯t hear it. And there is also a limit to human sight. We can¡¯t discern anything in darkness. But there still exists something in darkness. Any visible, audible and touchable things belong to the third dimension. Nevertheless, the third dimension is not the only world. Please repeat after me, ¡°The third dimension belongs to the visible, audible, and touchable.¡±But this third dimension is not the only world. The invisible spiritual world of the fourth dimension still exists. Please repeat after me, ¡°The fourth dimension is the world of thoughts, dream, faith, and mouth confession.¡± This is the spirituality of the fourth dimension.

Whosoever believes in Jesus and is born again by the Holy Spirit can live the life of the fourth dimension.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says, ¡°Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!¡±

We have become a new creation. We are no longer the old, but the new has come. When we become a new creation, our renewed self will accept the spirituality of the fourth dimension and live in it.
The new creation is all great man and woman who live through thoughts, dream dreams, have faith, and confess with faith.
When we believe in Jesus and are born again by the Holy Spirit, we come to live a life of the fourth dimension. Because of Jesus¡¯ cross, we can dream the Fivefold Gospel. Through the cross, the Lord gives us a gift; when we look up to the cross, we can dream the forgiveness of sins. When we see the cross of Jesus, we can dream a holy life, healing and health. We can dream about a blessed life while being liberated from a cursed life. Furthermore, we can overcome death and dream about resurrection, eternal life and heaven. This is the Fivefold Gospel Jesus has given to us as a gift. It the spirituality of the fourth dimension that makes us apply the Fivefold Gospel to our daily lives. First, we must change our thoughts.

Proverbs 4:23 says, ¡°Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.¡±

When we change our thoughts, we can dream; when we have a dream, we will have faith. And then we confess our faith with our mouths and it will lead us to miraculous works.
To change our habits is hardest at first. Our negative thinking won¡¯t be changed overnight. We need incredible energy to get out of our negative habits. The spirituality of the fourth dimension such as thoughts, faith, dream and spoken words isn¡¯t easy to apply to our lives at first and it needs a huge amount of training. In the spirituality of the fourth dimension, above all, we should change our thoughts.
We must discard all the negative thoughts and begin to have a habit to think positively all the time. Nowadays due to wrong eating habits, people are prone to get sick. If we habitually overeat or have bad eating habits, we will end up with diseases. It is the same with the spiritual health as well as physical health. Our habitual negative thinking and complaints and murmuring will bring huge harm to our spiritual health. Therefore, we must train ourselves to get rid of our habitual negative thinking. However, changing our habits is not so easy. At first, it requires much effort and discipline.

A writer Stephen Covey compared this with ¡°the breakthrough of a space shuttle to escape the gravity of the earth.¡± After a spacecraft is launched, the greatest energy will be spent when it breakthroughs the gravity of the earth and gets out of the earth¡¯s atmosphere. This shows that to breakthrough the gravity of the earth is a hardest thing. Likewise, to get rid of old habits is also hard to do. The best way to change our thinking is to fill our hearts with the Word of God. We need not to fight against darkness to eliminate it. Rather the best way is to turn on the electric light in the room and then darkness will disappear right away! It is the same with our thinking. When doubt and fear overwhelm you, if you fill your heart and mind with the Word of God to the full, they will go away in an instant!

We must rely on the Word of God. By reading the Bible and meditating on it we should fill our hearts and minds with the Word of God.

Psalm 119:147-148 says, ¡°I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word. My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.¡±

This is the confession of a man of old who regularly attended the early morning prayer meetings. One grandfather taught his grandson, saying, ¡°In life, sometimes there is a conflict between good and old in our hearts. It is just like two wolves fight against each other.¡± Then his grandson looked at his grandfather and asked, ¡°Which of two wolves will win?¡± His grandfather simply answered, ¡°It is the one that you feed!¡± How simple it is! In our hearts there are two wolves namely greed! They try to dominate us. Then which one will win? It is the one that we feed so often! In our hearts our physical thoughts and spiritual thoughts continuously fight each other to take chare of our hearts. And faith and doubt struggle against each other to dominate our hearts. At that time if we feed on the Word of God, our spiritual thoughts overcome our physical thoughts and our faith wins over our doubt!

Romans 10:17 says, ¡°Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.¡±

Our faith will grow when we read the Word of God and meditate on it.
There is the power of creation that changes life in the Word of God.

Psalm 147:15-18 says, ¡°He sends his command to the earth; his word runs swiftly. He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes. He hurls down his hail like pebbles. Who can withstand his icy blast? He sends his word and melts them; he stirs up his breezes, and the waters flow.¡±

This records the creative work of the promise of God.

Psalm 119:49 says, ¡° Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.¡±

It is because the Word of God gives hope and life to us.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, ¡°For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.¡±

When negative thoughts and doubt penetrate our hearts and minds, we¡¯d better praise the Lord with hymns. The lyrics of hymns were written by the faith confession of those who were filled with the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we are able to confess our faith through singing hymns. Those hymns have power in them. In Acts, when Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken and everybody's chains came loose. When we give glory to God through singing hymns, He will loosen our chains in life.

When enemies threatened in Psalm 71 as follows, ¡°They say, ¡®God has forsaken him; pursue him and seize him, for no one will rescue him,¡¯¡±
the Psalmist prayed to God and rather praised Him more.

Psalm 71:12 says, ¡°Be not far from me, O God; come quickly, O my God, to help me.¡±

Psalm 71:14 says, ¡°But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.¡±

Dr. Ryu, Tae Young said in his book, ¡°I chose positivity.¡± He believed in Jesus in the fifth grade of his primary school. The three things that he planted in his heart at that time have become the motivation that moves his whole life. First, the almighty God is alive. Second, God loves him. Third, he can converse with God through prayer. He always cherished these three things in his heart to make a positive choice all the time. When we realize that this living God loves us and listens to our prayer, we can overcome in any circumstances.

Psalm 91:2-7 says, ¡°I will say of the LORD, ¡®He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.¡¯ Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.¡±

What an extremely positive declaration it is!
We must rely on the Word of God. Fill yourself with the word of God by diligently reading and meditating on the Bible.

Psalm 119 says, ¡°I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.¡±

We should live with filling our hearts and minds with the Word of God.

When we walk the rough path called life, if God is with us, this is an amazing blessing that cannot be compared with anything in this world. Those who believe in and look to God will never be defeated. We must think, dream, believe, and speak by always relying on the cross of Jesus. Then, the Holy Spirit will bring amazing works of changes and creation in our life.
