Today I would like to share the grace of God under the title, ¡°Jesus Who Gave Us an Abundant Life.¡±
The world the Lord our God created was not short of anything. If Adam hadn¡¯t committed sins deceived by the devil, we would have lived a prosperous life up until now. However, he was deceived by the devil into rebelling against God so the land was cursed and we humans came to live a life in need. However, as Jesus took pity on humans who suffered from curses and died on the cross and was resurrected, those who believe in him have received abundant life. Therefore, we can live in the fullness of God¡¯s grace if we rely on the cross of Jesus Christ and march forward in faith.

We must seek God in times of trouble. When you are in times of trouble, do not lose heart but seek help from the Lord our God
2 Kings 4:1 has a good example, which says, ¡°The wife of a man from the company of the prophets cried out to Elisha, ¡®Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that he revered the LORD. But now his creditor is coming to take my two boys as his slaves.¡¯"

When we face difficulties in life, we tend to seek help from other people. But above all, we should come to God and rely on Him; if we seek help from people, it will be to no avail. If we commit it to God and see His hands work for us, He will solve it amazingly.

Isaiah 41:17 says, "The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.¡±

Therefore, when we seek God in hardship, He will work a great and marvelous thing for us. Jesus teaches us how to pray to God in His name.

John 16:24 says, ¡°Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.¡±

When we pray to God in Jesus¡¯ name, He will answer us amazingly.

Mark 11:24 says, ¡°Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.¡±

Hebrews 11:6 says, ¡°And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.¡±

In order to receive abundant grace and blessings from God, we must come before God and pray to Him in Jesus¡¯s name. Then God will fill us up abundantly.

2 Kings 4:2-6 says, ¡°Elisha replied to her, ¡®How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?¡¯ ¡®Your servant has nothing there at all,¡¯ she said, ¡®except a little oil.¡¯ Elisha said, ¡®Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don't ask for just a few.
Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.¡¯ She left him and afterward shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring. When all the jars were full, she said to her son, ¡®Bring me another one.¡¯ But he replied, ¡®There is not a jar left.¡¯ Then the oil stopped flowing.¡±

Don¡¯t our spoken words have mighty power? Like we turn on or off the light, our blessings will come and go through our words. God always fills us abundantly so Elisha asked her to borrow as many jars as possible. You know, our God is not a God that we should take lightly. When you come before Him, you should make up your mind for a miracle. The following story tells us that our God always fills us abundantly. Elisha told the woman, "Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left."(2 Kings 4:7) The woman had just pleaded with Elisha to pay the debt and for her husband¡¯s creditor not to take her two boys as his slaves. However, God not only paid her debt but also supplied her living expenses by giving her oil overflowing. She asked for the money to pay the debt, but God gave her more than enough money for the debt but also for her living expenses. Moses once said while looking back to the last forty years of life in the desert. ¡°The LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast desert. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything.¡±(Deuteronomy 2:7)

Apostle Paul also said in Philippians 4:19, which says, ¡°And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.¡± They all experienced this God who filled them abundantly. No matter what kind of circumstances you may be in, don¡¯t look at them but look up to God and seek His help with faith. If you focus on your circumstances only and complain about your lack, you can¡¯t receive an answer from Him.

Jeremiah 33:3 says, ¡°Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.¡±

Psalm 81:10 says, ¡°I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.¡±

We must pray, ¡°God, I am opening wide my mouth before you. Please fill it to the full.¡± God won¡¯t let you go empty-handed. We must look up to God who is mighty and great. In difficulty, there are two kinds of people. The first group of people always think how great God is while the second group of people think how big their problem is and give up easily saying, ¡°This problem won¡¯t be solved.¡± Nevertheless, those who think how great God is must believe in Him and move forward with boldness. Therefore, we must not focus on our problem only but on our Almighty good God who always helps us. God says, ¡°According to your faith will it be done to you!¡±
When Jesus asked Philip to feed the crowd, he answered that he couldn¡¯t do it.

John 6:5-7 says, ¡°When Jesus looked up and saw a great crowd coming toward him, he said to Philip, ¡®Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?¡¯ He asked this only to test him, for he already had in mind what he was going to do. Philip answered him, ¡®Eight months' wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!¡¯¡±

Jesus held a huge gathering in the field. There was a great crowd with five thousand men besides women and children, which might add up to more than twenty or thirty thousand people. As evening approached, they became hungry. So Jesus called Philip. He was one of the smartest of His disciples. Jesus asked him, ¡°We should feed them. How can we do that?¡± Philip might have thought, ¡°Jesus must be out of His mind. Roughly there are about twenty or thirty thousand people right here. We don¡¯t have any money.¡± So Philip answered him directly, "Look at this huge crowd. Eight months' wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite! It¡¯s already getting late. This is a remote place, and we have no bakery around here. We can¡¯t feed them.¡± Then another of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, spoke up, ¡°Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?"(John 6:8-9) While Philip said that it would be impossible, Andrew came forward with five small fish and two small barley loaves and said how far they would go among so many. We must keep in mind here that while Philip thought it impossible, Andrew had a little faith like five small fish and two small barley loaves and came to Jesus. He might have thought that he could not save face with such things before Jesus. How could he feed the huge crowd with those small fish and small barley loaves? However, when he came to Jesus with them, He did it because he had faith even though his faith was so little. When we pray to God, if we have one hundred percent faith, it will be great. Nonetheless, ninety percent or seventy percent or twenty percent of faith or even a mustard seed percent of faith will please God! Even with as little faith as that, you can pray and receive an answer from God.
Look at the Scripture verse which says, ¡°They all ate and were satisfied.¡± When Jesus performes a miracle, He always gives us abundantly and overflowingly. Philip said, ¡°Eight months' wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" But Jesus let all of them eat and be satisfied and there were twelve baskets with leftovers. While Philip thought that they would not all eat even if they had a bite, Jesus worked a miracle that fed them to the full and there were twelve baskets of leftovers. Therefore, Jesus always fills us abundantly in our daily lives.

John 6:11-13 says, ¡°Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted. He did the same with the fish. When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, ¡®Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.¡¯ So they gathered them and filled twelve baskets with the pieces of the five barley loaves left over by those who had eaten.¡±

The Lord takes delight in giving us abundance. The Bible says, ¡°Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.¡±(Isaiah 55:1)
Even if there is delicious food overflowing around us, if we don¡¯t have enough money, we can¡¯t buy it and eat it. Even if there are such great and many hospitals, if we don¡¯t have money, we have to die without visiting them. However our God says, ¡°You who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.¡±

How can we buy wine and milk without money? This is a difference between Christianity and religions. In Christ, we can enjoy God¡¯s grace without money and even have leftovers. In Christianity we can have God¡¯s grace and miracle without money because Jesus settled them all on the cross. This is surely the grace of the Lord. Jesus Christ gave us this precious, amazing grace through the cross.
Therefore, we can have dreams and faith in our hearts and move forward. God will come to help us. We must say, ¡°We can make it. It will be done. Let us do it!¡± Don¡¯t look at our circumstances but look up to God and move forward with faith. Then God will open our way!
